Health & Fitness
If you’re tired of fad diets and want nutritional advice that works…
If you’re curious about Vertical Pilates or eager for tips on skin care or work-life balance…
You won’t want to miss NAWBO-OC’s June dinner meeting!
We’re focusing on wellness this month. NAWBO-OC members with specialties in health and fitness will set up eight stations around the room. You’ll have three opportunities to learn from different experts during the time allotted.
- Erina Buckley, Elements Massage (Costa Mesa)
- Janessa Cuomo, Wellness Choice Center (weight loss)
- Zeena Dhalla, Vertical Pilates
- Lorie Eber, Lorie Eber Wellness Coaching (permanent lifestyle change)
- Moty Koppes, Total Life Management coaching (work/life balance)
- Laura Oatman, Whole Earth Wellness (plant-based nutrition)
- Mary Jane O’Brien, Serenity Skin Care
- Jane Pamphile, Next Step Senior Care (functional fitness training)
Audience members will have the option of participating in an exercise session, enjoying a chair massage, or learning about nutrition, weight loss or skin care.
You’ll be able to get up out of your seat, learn more about our members’ specialties and, of course, network with your fellow NAWBO members during the “exercises” and presentations.
We recommend you wear comfortable clothing for this event. But please be mindful of the Pacific Club’s dress-code:
*No workout clothing
*No tennis shoes
