DON'T
MISS OUR MAY 6th DINNER MEETING: Increasing Your Sales and Margins with
speaker Jack Daly... All too often an increase in sales is compromised by a contraction in margins. For the most part this is avoidable. For years now, Jack Daly has been sharing his ideas on how to best build high performing sales teams. This meeting will focus on the KEYS TO EFFECTIVE SELLING:
- The pyramid to sales success: 4 key components
- The goal focus: accountability and measurement
- The perception of value is key: creating demand, regardless of price
- Recognition systems: don't leave "thanks" to chance

 Dare
to Delegate: Stop Doing and Start Leading (April
22, 2008, 5-8pm) by Joan Friedlander, Lifework Business Partners.
Building a dynamic team is clearly among the best ways to
build a
successful
business. For many business owners, this is easier said than
done. Fearing
loss of control, extra work and the added expense, many wait
longer than
they should to get started. Any time you are complaining about
being
overworked or stressed out, poor resource allocation and time
management are
often the culprits. By hanging onto tasks, people and projects
that no
longer fit, you hinder your ability to grow.
Creating
a Website that Gets Results
(June 12, 20008, 5-8pm) with Rachel Pradhan, INDRA
Successful Coach Marketing. Do you have a website that just
sits there?
Does
it not give you prospects or clients? Or is your newsletter
subscription is low? Then this class is for you! "DeGeek" on
Internet Marketing, Rachel Pradhan, will enlighten you on why
you should have a website
and how to create a website that gets results!
You’ll learn why a website should:
- Shorten your Sales Cycle!
- Make your Business Easy!
- Have your Clients sell For You!
- Make Marketing Easy through Your Website!
- Topics that we will discuss during this content-rich 3 hour
class:
- The 8 Jewels of Internet Marketing!
- Increasing your eNewsletter subscription!
- Online Video, Blogs, Podcasting, and even eCommerce!
- What you will receive as a take-away:
- 1 month access to a website with "How-to" videos
on Blogs, eNewsletters, Video and Podcasting
- 3-ring binder with written notes and screen shots of examples
