Go to Grow: Stop Doing and Start Leading (Aug 15) Instructor: Joan Friedlander, Lifework Business Partners.
Entrepreneurs and professionals who fail to let go
of some of the day-to-day operations of running their business
and
delivering services spend HOURS on activities and projects
that drain their energy. They run the risk of losing their
creative edge; they can become frustrated and burned out. By
hanging onto tasks, people and projects that no longer fit,
they hinder their ability to grow, both personally and professionally.
