improvements, enhancements

new opportunities such as market size, competition, cost of

Taking
the Busy Out of Business (Oct 19 & 26,
3-6pm)
Instructor: Joan Friedlander, Life Work Business Partners. Do
you have difficulty staying focused on your priorities?
When you are out on your own, no longer guided by the rules and
timelines of a larger company, it's easy to misunderstand how
to best use your time and to establish priorities. When you add
the additional "burden" of other business responsibilities
such as billing, accounting and marketing, it can be overwhelming,
and busyness and procrastination can become bad habits. "Take
the Busy OUT of Business" gives you everything you need
to develop your personal Master Calendar of Your Ideal Week™ so
you have absolute confidence you are spending your time
in the most productive way possible.
The
Virtual Office: A New Business Model (Oct
10, 3-6pm) What is a Virtual Office business
model, and is it a good model for your business? Many people
dream of running a business out of
their home or sitting on a beach. The dream is becoming more of a reality
due to changes in people’s work habits and advances in
technology. But is it a good business model for your business
or the business you want to start? How do you answer this question
before you waste a lot of time and money, and how do you maximize
your business’ chance for survival? This course addresses
these issues and more.
