The 2006 43rd Annual Small Business Awards,
sponsored by the U.S. Small Business Administration, included
three NAWBO-OC women amongst the Santa Ana District Office
winners. Rochelle Schneider was named Women
in Business Champion of the Year, Mary Gilmore (along
with Tom Gilmore) was named Veteran Small Business Champion,
and Lorena Maae was named Minority
Small Business Champion. The award ceremony was held April
18th in Anaheim. Kudos to these outstanding women!
